The ALFlak MAX by Alpha Laser is a powerful mobile laser welding system designed for large moulds, tools, and machine components. Its extended 2.8m laser arm provides a wide working range, enabling precise welding on oversized parts without repositioning. Available in 250W and 300W models, it features an Nd:YAG laser with a peak pulse power of 9 kW and a pulse energy of 90J, ensuring deep penetration and precision. The ALFlak MAX offers both a self-propelled caterpillar track and a manually movable version for maximum flexibility. Additional features include a rotatable laser head, an optional turn-and-tilt objective, and ergonomic motorised controls. Ideal for industries like toolmaking, maintenance, and manufacturing, it delivers reliable, high-precision welding with minimal heat impact.
