    • TLM Laser collects and uses personal information for service updates and marketing purposes under the lawful basis of legitimate interest, with the primary goal of supporting businesses within the manufacturing, engineering, and related sectors. By providing targeted information on laser systems, industry advancements, service updates, and relevant events, TLM enables businesses to improve operational efficiency, meet compliance requirements, and stay informed about new technologies that can directly benefit their operations. This data-driven approach helps build long-term customer relationships and supports business growth while ensuring communications remain relevant and valuable to recipients.

The impact on individuals is minimal as TLM strictly targets B2B contacts, collects only essential information (such as name, job title, company, and business email), and ensures full transparency in its data use. All communications include clear opt-out options, allowing recipients to control their preferences easily. This careful balance ensures that the benefits to both TLM and its customers outweigh any potential impact on individual privacy.

We will seek your explicit consent before sending marketing communications where required by law. For corporate contacts in relevant sectors, we may rely on legitimate interest but will always provide an easy opt-out in every communication.
